Joyful Bliss offers SmartLearn Tablets and related accessories through our Site. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided to the best of our knowledge at the time of posting. However, product availability is subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.

3. Order Process

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, supplier disruptions, or other unforeseen issues. If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made through accepted payment methods (e.g., credit card, or other available options at checkout).

5. Shipping, Fulfillment, and Delivery

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We aim to ship all orders within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation; however, due to unexpected supply chain disruptions, fulfillment and shipping times may be extended.

Delivery timelines may vary based on customer location and external factors. Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. Joyful Bliss is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, natural disasters, supplier shortages, strikes, pandemics, or other events outside our reasonable control.

6. Delayed Fulfillment & Force Majeure

In rare cases, orders may experience significant fulfillment delays due to supplier issues or logistical disruptions. By purchasing from Joyful Bliss, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of extended delivery times.

If your order has not shipped within 45 business days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to request a full refund by contacting our support team at support@joyfulbliss.co.za.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@joyfulbliss.co.za within the return window. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Upon approval and receipt of the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

8. Warranty

All SmartLearn Tablets come with a 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
